I am a small business. If you don’t show up, I don’t get paid. When you book a session, you are holding space on the calendar that is no longer available to my other clients. No-shows and last-minute cancellations do not allow me time to fill those spots. I understand that sometimes it becomes necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please be considerate of my time and notify me as soon as possible.
Sessions
Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment requires a 24-hour advance notice. Cancellations, reschedules, or missed appointments without a 24-hour notice will be subject to a charge equal to the appointment fee. Cancellations or reschedules made before the 24 hours are eligible for a refund minus a $15.00 processing fee.
Classes
Class fees are non-refundable. In cases of emergency, you can transfer the payment to another class.
