Integrative Healing
A holistic experience combining energy work, intuitive insight, visualization, and integrative techniques for deeper healing.
"There are no words to say how highly I recommend Laurie - I have experienced some deep changes and healing and recovery from grief that I can't believe."

You are made of many different parts. Some are physical—you know those well.
Others are nonphysical, often referred to as energy.

But what is energy?
Energy is simply information. It can come from your childhood, ancestral beliefs, emotional experiences—both uplifting and challenging—interactions with others, traumas, karmic patterns, or even past lives. Energy also flows from your body, higher self, and spirit guides.

Integrative Healing is designed to bring all of these parts together, creating harmony and alignment so your natural healing abilities can awaken.

What Integrative Healing Can Do
-
Identifying unresolved emotions and energetic imbalances
-
Bringing awareness to the “programming” that drives automatic reactions
-
Integrating all aspects of self for better inner harmony
-
Correcting and balancing the energy systems
-
Improving the flow of Life Force Energy
-
Empowering you to create positive, lasting change
What to Expect in Your Session
Your session begins with a conversation about what’s going on in your life. I combine what you share with intuitive communication from your body, energy systems, higher self, and guides to uncover the root of imbalance.
From there, we use gentle energy techniques to:
-
Clear stagnant or heavy energy
-
Open blocked or disconnected areas
-
Calm overactive energy patterns
-
Heal and restore damaged energetic pathways
-
Strengthen communication between your inner systems
Sessions are interactive. While I work within your energy system—either hands-on or at a distance—I will:
-
Ask questions and guide you through gentle visualizations
-
Share messages and insights as they arise
-
Support your inner systems in reconnecting and harmonizing
Why Integrative Healing Matters
Many people try to heal by removing what feels uncomfortable. But true healing is about wholeness—embracing and integrating all parts of yourself.

About 90% of your energy runs automatically, shaped by past experiences.
When these inner parts work against each other, it can create:
-
Confusion and inner conflict
-
Anxiety, fear, or self-doubt
-
A sense of “fighting against yourself”
When these parts are aligned and working together, you feel:
-
Balanced, supported, and at ease
-
Energized, motivated, and inspired
-
Ready to create meaningful, positive changes
Integrative Healing helps you move from inner conflict to inner harmony, empowering you to live as your most authentic and whole self.

"Healing comes from gathering wisdom from past actions and letting go of the pain that the education cost you." ~ Caroline Myss

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between Reiki and Integrative Healing?

Reiki Session:
During a Reiki session, you simply relax and receive. Calming music sets the tone while the practitioner connects with your energy system—either hands-on or at a distance—to identify areas of imbalance. Reiki, also known as Life Force Energy, is then directed to those areas to support balance, healing, and relaxation.

Integrative Healing Session:
Integrative Healing is interactive. While working in your energy system—hands-on or at a distance—the practitioner will:
-
Communicate with you and ask intuitive questions
-
Guide you through gentle visualizations
-
Share any messages or insights that arise
-
Encourage better communication between your mind, body, and spirit
The key difference: Reiki is primarily passive, while Integrative Healing actively involves you, helping create deeper awareness, alignment, and lasting energetic change.
Will you tell me exactly what I need to do?

No. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to help you see the possibilities available to you and the potential outcomes of your choices. Life is not about one “right” action—it’s about understanding your options and learning how to navigate them.

Each possibility comes with consequences—both positive and negative. These outcomes aren’t about punishment; they are opportunities for growth, learning, and self-trust.

-
Positive outcomes show you that your actions are moving you in a beneficial direction.
-
Negative outcomes highlight what is not serving you and help you build mental, emotional, and spiritual maturity by seeing the lesson without blame or shame.
During an intuitive guidance session, I help you identify these possibilities, understand how they are currently playing out, and explore how your choices shape your path. Together, we can clarify your options and create an action plan that feels aligned and empowering.
Can you tell me if I have a disease?

No, I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. I am not a physician or licensed healthcare provider, and I do not provide medical diagnoses.

During an intuitive guidance session, I may:
-
Notice blocks or imbalances in certain areas of your energy system.
-
Sense areas that may have the potential to become problematic if left unaddressed.
-
Share insights from your body, energy system, higher self, or guides that may relate to your well-being.
However, all information I provide is offered in good faith and for your personal awareness. It is your responsibility to seek advice or care from a licensed medical professional if you have concerns about your health.
Can I ask questions?

Absolutely! Your questions are powerful. They act like entry points that open the door to the specific information you need.

Think of your energy system like a library full of books. A question is like guiding me to a specific section of that library, allowing me to access the insights most relevant to you.

Asking questions not only focuses the session but also ensures that the guidance you receive is practical, clear, and directly supportive of your needs.
How should I prepare for my session?

Take a little time to reflect on what you want to gain from your session:
-
What are you currently struggling with?
-
What feels like it’s getting in your way?
-
What made you reach out for support?
Writing down your questions beforehand can be helpful, as it’s common to experience a bit of “on-the-spot amnesia” during a session.

Come with an open mind. Struggle often comes from being too close to a situation, only seeing one side, or holding onto resistance. An intuitive guidance session can help you step back, see a broader perspective, and uncover what you may not be seeing on your own.
What if I have questions after my sessions?

It’s completely normal to have new questions or reflections in the days after your session.
-
If you have a simple question related to what we discussed, you are welcome to text or email me, and I’ll respond at no charge.
-
If you have multiple questions or want to explore new topics beyond what we covered, I recommend scheduling a follow-up session so we can give your questions the time and attention they deserve.
Do you record the sessions?

In general, I do not recommend recording your session.

When you are fully present in the moment, you naturally receive exactly what you need to hear and understand at that time. Recording can actually take you out of the experience—similar to being at a concert and focusing on filming instead of enjoying the music.

Listening back later often puts you in analysis mode, which can lead to overthinking, second-guessing your initial understanding, or reading into things in a way that creates confusion.

If you need to expand on anything, new questions will naturally arise in the days following your session, and those are wonderful opportunities for reflection—or even a follow-up session if needed.
