Mind-Body-Spirit Session
A mind-body-spirit session works on multiple levels simultaneously to integrate all aspects of self. This session combines energy work, intuitive guidance, visualization, and processing techniques to provide a deeper healing experience.
"Healing comes from gathering wisdom from past actions and letting go of the pain that the education cost you." ~ Caroline Myss
You are made of so many different parts. Some of your parts are physical—you are likely aware of those—other parts are nonphysical, or what is known as energy. But what is energy? It’s simple, really: energy is information. This information can be from your childhood, ancestral beliefs, experiences that produced strong positive or negative emotions, interactions with others, traumas, karmic debt, or even information from past lives. This information also comes from your body, higher self, and spirit guides.
Roughly 90% of your energy (information) runs automatically in the background based on past experiences. It doesn’t consult you when making decisions; it simply reacts and responds to life’s situations.
When these parts work separately and toward separate goals, it produces confusion, inner conflict, chaos, fear, anxiety, and self-doubt. This can make you feel like you are caught in the middle or like you’re fighting against yourself, making it challenging to produce positive changes in your life.
When these parts work together toward one goal, you are productive, motivated, excited, joyful, and feel supported.
"There are no words to say how highly I recommend Laurie - I have experienced some deep changes and healing and recovery from grief that I can't believe."
The goal of a Mind/Body/Spirit session is to get to the bottom of your challenges, identify problem areas, process unresolved emotions, bring awareness to the programming system, integrate all aspects of self, make corrections to the energy systems, improve the flow of Life Force Energy, activate the body's own natural healing abilities, and empower you!
During your session, we will discuss what’s going on with you and combine that information with my ability to communicate with your body, energy systems, higher self, and guides to get more information about what may be causing disturbances.
Once we identify problem areas, we will use energy techniques to clear stagnant energies, open blocked areas, calm overactive areas, heal energetic damage, and improve internal communication.
The MBS session is interactive. While working in your energy system—either through a hands-on approach or a distance approach—I will communicate with you, ask you questions, guide you through visualizations, convey messages, and encourage better communication between your systems.
Many people try to heal by removing something—usually that which doesn’t feel good—but healing means wholeness, and wholeness is the inclusion of everything.
Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between a Reiki session and a mind-body-spirit session?
During a Reiki Session, the client relaxes while listening to calming music. The practitioner uses a hands-on or distance technique to connect with the client’s energy systems, identify problematic areas, and then direct Reiki (Life Force Energy) into those areas.

Can you tell me if I have a disease?
I do not diagnose or treat diagnosed conditions. I can tell you if I see blocks or issues in certain areas, areas that have the potential to become problematic, or what your energy system, body, higher self, or guides tell me, but I am not a physician and DO NOT diagnose. The information given to you is provided to you in good faith; it is up to you to do your due diligence or check with licensed practitioners if you choose to take the advice given to you.
Can I ask questions?
Absolutely! Questions act as in-points that open a door to that particular bit of information. Think of the library analogy—a question is like navigating me to a specific section in the library.
How should I prepare for my session?
Think about what it is you want to get out of your session. What are you struggling with? What is getting in your way? What made you reach out for help? Have an open mind. Struggle comes from getting in your own way, only seeing one side of things, being stubborn, and being too close to the situation to get a different perspective. This is the benefit of having an intuitive guidance session; it can help you see what you aren’t seeing and give you a broader view of the situation.
What if I have questions after my sessions?
It’s common to have questions in the days following your appointment. If you have a simple question relating to what we covered during your session, you can text or email me, and I will respond at no charge. If you have more than a few or want to cover topics not covered in your appointment, please schedule a follow-up session.
